Along with filling out the correct covenant and registration form you will also need to select your Feature Group on THIS FORM
Those who would like a shuttle from the airport to their "Prequel" work-site or to Chapman University for ICYF may complete a transportation request form. Forms must be returned by June 1 at the latest. The sooner you make your request, the more likely our ability to provide transportation.
